The past few weeks have been filled with great weather, Caden’s friends birthday parties, playdates, hikes as a family and just some hanging around.

I went to one of the paint your own canvas studios with some dear friends. I was a bit intimidated to go (not a painter at all), but when we showed up I was happy to see *some* lines for me to start with. Overall, it was a GREAT time and I like my painting enough to hang it in my house, even if it is in the laundry room! HA!
Trip to Tyler

Last weekend we went and visited our dear friends The Apperleys in Tyler. It was a short but good visit!
Sara took us to Tyler’s Discovery Science Center. Caden had a blast!
Sara and I even had fun making a helicopter and a car with the K’nex building toys.
Caden loved grocery shopping! Especially for veggies!
Taylor had fun too!
David had fun feeding Taylor!

Identity theft and security

Hey everyone, we’ve absolutely loved having you read and follow our blogs. It’s encouraging to share our lives with you – and have your thoughtful responses. We’re having to take a small measure for our family’s safety. We all know how easy it is to be a victim of identity theft and all the bad things that come along with that.
Don’t worry – thank goodness, nothing has happened to us. So what does this mean?
We’ll be implementing a login / security measure to our blog. It will be very simple and a one step process for you. We’ll be starting this in the next week or two. Stay tuned and don’t be surprised if next time you visit us you need to login.
