Telluride was an AMAZING family vacation. We went with our good friends The Shanks and their 8 month old little boy Drayton Michael. We are so blessed with the Shanks’ friendship and love “doing life” with them! The car rides really weren’t as bad as we were thinking and definitely worth a week in Telluride!

We stopped for a night on the way there in Albuquerque, NM to visit my Cousin Anne and her family. They have a little boy Aiden who is not even a month younger than Caden. It was so fun to finally see our boys together! By the end of the trip they were giving each other hugs and kisses.

We also went to the Albuquerque Aquarium.

We arrived in Telluride the next day! This is where we stayed….it was AWESOME!! Right on Main Street of Telluride, it was so fun to walk out our front door and walk through town along with all the locals!

We went on a few hikes, enjoyed walking through town, we drove to Ouray (where the Shanks were married), went in a Hot Springs, walked through Mountain Village, took long drives back to Telluride and relaxed…..A LOT!!!
