First and foremost, let us not forget the reason for Easter. Matt Redman’s song You Alone Can Rescue sums it all up for me….

“You alone can rescue, You alone can save
You alone can lift us from the grave

We are so blessed my Jesus’ death AND resurrection. We look forward to celebrating Jesus’ return tomorrow at our church.

Caden and I went to an Easter Egg Hunt at our church today while Chris was flying back from Los Angeles. After enjoying all the activities we sat under the shade and enjoyed a picnic lunch with our friends The Safrans.

Caden actually loved his bunny outfit. I am sure he won’t love it so much when we use it in a high school or wedding slideshow!! haha

Once again….just like with Santa and the Bluebonnets, Caden did not like taking a picture with the Easter bunny.

He LOVED the Easter Egg Hunt! He called the eggs “balls” so he went crazy when he saw all of them in the park!!

He hit the jackpot!!
